I purchased a product from a company called Doctus NSW on the 10/4/17 and have not received delivery and they are not responding to my emails

By frozen, do you mean that it will not come on at all or that it is locked on the start up screen and will not do anything else?

You can return it and get another one if it was purchased locally as it seems to be malfunctioning. I would suggest that if you are not prepared to treat this machine as a toy, since it will not do much more than connect to the internet with an abbreviated interface, return it for a refund as you will not be happy with it.

login on paypal

under the tab that says merchant services you'll see resolution center--click on the tab & then click the tab dispute a transaction & follow the prompts

If you purchased it with PayPal, you can always get your money back. PayPal is better than my bank! Just log in to paypal, find the transaction and click on it...then go the bottom of the page, and click the link to the resolution center and follow the steps. (image attached)

Include as much information as you can to help them verify that you are an authentic customer. Include copies of receipts you received (email or physical copies). If you have original packaging from the product, include any relevant bar-code or version numbers. Refer to the name and email address that you used to register the product.

I have purchased three of these products from this company. I am sick and tired of this navigation system falling out of the window while I am driving. I am a salesman that purchased this product in good...


Brian - you should contact Garmin directly at www.garmin.com - this site is not affiliated with Garmin in any way. I'd suggest that you secure the GPS to the center of the windshield or use the semi-permanent dash mount instead of suction cup mounting to the windshield near the driver window.

I ordered thru beastro bandanas with paypal. i only received a partial order. i've called twice to complain and e-mailed but, no response!! can u help??


I checked with the Beastro Bandanas company as I found this "problem" and was concerned about ordering. They explained to me what occurred and the difficulty they had in resolving your problem.

After several communications from you and responses from them, that you did not respond to, in particular asking you for the specific items that were missing and explaining they do not have telephone customer service and you were only calling a message service.

Once they received a response from you that explained which items you were missing, they were shipped the next morning (10/23) and based on the USPS delivery confirmation scan arrived to you on (10/26.) I have to agree with them, this could have been resolved much sooner if you would have taken the following approach.

Set and assumption of foul play, anger, threats and demands and rather assume they want to fix the problem.

Utilize the communication tools provided, as they will get the best response. That is why they are there and in the policies for contact.

Spell out the problem, with specifics (missing items is not fixable without knowing which items)

Wait a reasonable amount of time for a response (as indicated in company policy statements.)

Monitor, read and respond to communication back to you.

Escalate the issue only if the company does not respond (in a reasonable amount of time and according to there published policy) or do respond that they will not fix the issue.

My order went perfectly, and I believe had your initial message or email said I am missing Bandanas X, Y and Z. they would have sent them out right away.
