Alot of Live stream Blocks by ISP's curently happening since April 2017 (Internet Service Providers) have blocked out of country region with Kodi last week, alot of people are having the issue, also many USA Streams have changed their codes so their content can't be streamed worldwide. best you try and find a new updated Stream List for Kodi on their forums.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Error code 104 on velocity is popping up when trying to stream TV shows. How do I fix this issue?

error 104 means the Url or M3u Playlist has changed or...far too many people are using the same stream and exhausted the connection

this happens on Kodi and IPTV apps all the time,

internet Tv Urls usually have to keep getting updated once people start sharing the playlists, if you are using IPTV or KODI apps, to view other country channels being streamed, my guess is too many people have found it out, may want to get a new updated stream url list.

however if this code is from you watching a live stream on youtube or a subscription service like foxtel or Really UK then your internet connection cannot buffer quick enough.

Make sure all your computers are using the "Workgroup" and that all the workgroup names are the same.

Go to "My Computer" - right click and select "Properties". When the windows open select the "Computer Name" tab. Check the name for "Workgroup" - it is normally defaulted to "WORKGROUP". Make sure all you computers have the same name. Then, you can select which directories you want to share on your computer, right click in "Windows Explorer" and select "Share". It will ask you what name you want to use. "Select anything you want. On other computers, you should then bwe able to connect to that directory by using <computer name>/<directory name>.

this is just the basics - it can get very difficult if you need to interface between different versions of windows or if one of your computers is not in a workgroup. Good Luck.

File Sharing with Home Network...only one pc talking

The message for an unplugged network cable, means you have enabled wired network, but the cable isn't there. No problem if you are connected wireless.
To be able to access files on computers over your network, you need to enable filesharing for the desired directories or disks.
Right-click the directory or disk, go to sharing and set the correct settings. Maybe you have to allow for network sharing the first time.
