Question about Canon imageCLASS MF4150 All-In-One Laser Printer
Bought a new machine...as soon as tried to receive fax, it displays 'remove MP Paper'...there is no paper in MP tray. In taking to Canon support, they mention there should be a paper...just didn't made any sense...
I will like to know the solution to this problem.

I got the same problem and it turns out that something was stuck on the multi purposed loader just above the place where you put paper. This message means that when it receive fax it will check the multi purposed loader first just in case you want to print out with some special papers or formats, hence if there is something in it, and since it's not paper it can't print out. So you have to remove it, in another words, check it out you might see something like paper clips or my case it's a little scissor. If there is nothing on it, it will load the normal paper to print out. Hope it helps.
