It helps to know what kind of phone (andriod/iPhone, model) it is and the flavor/version of the operation system you are running. Without receiving an answer for every cell phone variant out there.

I use my iphone as my alarm. The alarm won't off but when I went to shut it off and touched the OK button it wouldn't do anything. It froze! The screen went black with the "Snooze & Ok" buttton is still showing. I tried turning it off but it won't shut off. The only buttons that's working is the volume and the silent button. I can still receive calls but can't hear them...

SOURCE: my phone screen has zoomed in and will not zoom

What you should do is tap on the screen using 3 fingers at the same time. That will zoom you out to normal screen size.

To turn off that feature, go to Settings>General>Accessibility> Turn OFF Zoom or any of the other stuff in there if you don't need it.

Are saying your iPod screen is zoomed in?
I don't think this is even a problem...

Maybe you just accidentally zoomed in and what you gotta do to zoom back out is this: double-tap anywhere on your iPhone screen using 3 of your fingers (simultaneously).

And in case you want to zoom in again, just do the same thing.

I zoomed my screen, and i want it back to normal size. I lost my book for it.

Do this to zoom-out: double-tap anywhere on the screen using 3 of your fingers (simultaneously) and everything will go back to normal.

If you want to zoom-in, just do the same thing.
