3) Programming steps: Press PROG button until Timer 1 ON appears on display Use Hour button to set 5 PM Use MIN button to set :00 Default selects ALL days (If you want other days, press DAY button until display shows correct block of days) Press PROG button again to save Program1 ON 4) Now for Program1 OFF 5) To set Program1 Off Press PROG button until Timer 1 OFF shows in display. Do not know how to set timer DT300 for Lights

Hi

Programming:
Set present time
Then set ON time for program 1
Set OFF time for program 1
Then set ON time for program 2
Set OFF time for program 2
Most timers will not function if there is a conflict in programming > for example Program 1 says ON at 6 and OFF at 7 and Program 2 says opposite or has overlapping times
When events are set, press SET once > this will put timer in RUN mode

If manual override works, and you set programming correctly, but timer does not carry out instructions, I guess the timer is no good.

Intermatic has 24 hour timers with 2 on-off per day
http://www.intermatic.com/products/timers/consumer%20indoor%20timers/lamp%20%20appliance%20timers.aspx
Intermatic has 7-day digital timers (all digital timers today are 7 day where you select the day that each program works)

Thanks.

Lost instructions for TE109 appliance timex timer.\r\nCan you help? Thank You & Merry Christmas

    • Plug your Timex seven day timer into a standard electrical outlet. Allow the timer's rechargeable battery to charge for at least 10 minutes before attempting to program the appliance; the battery will serve as a backup power source to prevent your custom programmed settings from being lost in the event the timer is unplugged or the power goes out.

    • Press the depressed "RST" button on the timer with the tip of a ballpoint pen to reset the timer's internal memory.
  • To Set the time on your Timex timer. Press and hold the "Set" button for three seconds or until the day-of-week indicator begins to flash. Press the "->" or "<-" button repeatedly until the desired day appears on the digital display; press "Set." Use the "->" or "<-" buttons to set the hours when they begin to flash; press "Set" when the desired hour is shown. Use the same process to set the minutes, then press the "Set" button again to confirm the day and time settings.

    • To Program a start time for your seven day timer. Press the ">" button to access the appliance's programming mode; the program number will begin to flash. Use the "->" and "<-" buttons to highlight the desired program number, then press "Set." Highlight the desired day and press "Set" again. Program the hour for your timer; press "Set." Set the minute and press the "Set" button to confirm.
    • wait for the timer to go back to std mode (like 10 seconds)

To program a stop time for your timer. Press the "Set" button to cause the day-of-week indicator to flash. Highlight the desired day and press "Set" to confirm. Release Time button ... correct time should show

Program: Capacity for 8 on-off times per day

Press PROG to confirm
Now, OFF and number 1 are displayed
Use hour and min key to set OFF time

Press PROG to confirm

When 8 programs are set, Press MODE key.
Choose Manual OFF. Manual ON, Auto ON, Auto Off

To use programs, select Auto ON
