It is not unusual for neighborhood streets to have no street signs posted.In Riyadh the city is divided into various districts or neighborhoods. For example, a very popular shopping area is in Al Olaya district. So to start off with directions or addresses, one begins by stating what district/neighborhood the facility is located in.One does not have a mailman who delivers daily mail. Most residents in Saudi either have a PO Box or use courier services for delivery of documents and packages. and their mail is censored, so you may get articles with blacked out images , the country has no postal code as we know it, you need to address any items through a courier service or to a local bank there, which is where the people pay their bills and collect their mail, Unless its couriered
