How many amps in the Vision Fitness T9500 HRT Treadmill

it is a 3 horsepower motor, but no amperage specified. The review does say this model has drawbacks.
Vision T9600 HRT Comfort Treadmill review

However, I found this, so 23 to 28 amps based on a 3HP motor.

Note: the following table contains approximate full-load currents for motors of various types, speeds, and frequencies. Variations of ±10% may be expected.

Can i get a wiring diagram for a westinghouse type FJ motor. it has a B145 frame; 1 phase; 110 v; westinghouse part #NO-1008

because it is 110 volts any work by yourself will be dangerous. take it to an accredited electrical motor rewinder for what you want and be safe.

Motor burned

Single phase 220 volts actually uses two 110 phases to deliver 220 volts. So the failure was caused by something else. The motor winding insulation may have been cracked or previously damaged by high current. The solution is to replace the motor or have it refurbished (not cheap).

How to wire a t30 1 phase 230 volt in control box, they used white black green, are the white and black both line voltage for 230 volts? its a model 2475

yes white and black are both line voltage in.each wire will have 110 to 120 volts. Attach one wire to top of starter contactor left side the other to top of starter contactor right side. Attach green wire to ground.

Case 1: 220 V, 50Hz applied to s 3000 measuring the output as follows: 1- phase to ground 220 2- Phase to neutral 219 3- ground to neutral 1 volt Case 2 disconnct the input 220 V we have 1- phase...

Did you measure with a true RMS meter?
If yes,the results are normal, but your ground connection is not very good.
The case has 110v potential (exactly half of the input&output 220v) because of the input and output capacitor filters (a capacitor is conectet from phase to casis and an other from neutral to chasis, thus resulting a 1/2 voltage divider). Because of this, the earthing is necessary.

I have a WESTINGHOUSE WELDER type rs 250 that is wired for 440 volt and need to change to 220 volt.

HI:) If that is a 3 phase 440 volt and you want it to use 220 volt 1 Phase you will have to get a phase inverter to change it from a 3 phase to a single phase.

Going from 220amps to 110 and wanting to know the color codes to do so ?

in 220 volt the RED and Black are the 2 phase hot wires, the white wire is neutral and Green is earth ground,to convert to 110 volts just delete one of the 2 hot phase wires either the RED or Black to only get 110 volts (normally delete the RED wire,so if anyone looks at it later they will understand, because usually the BLACK is your HOT 110volt wire, the White is the Neutral or ground wire and green is still earth safety ground)
