I have a 2008 48 v club car it will no go run in reverse everything elese is fine

Check that your reverse switch is working with an ohms meter and check your wire connections for corrosion and tight fit. Hope this helps.

Call the manufacturer up and ask for assistance. You have to complain loudly but don't be obnoxious. Also talk to the head of the vehicle service dept (service manager).

Model dgs6500. Why does it cut off when I push reverse pedal?

is it cutting out in reverse when the cutters are engaged??
some will do this as its a safety device, more modern machines have a over ride, be it on the ignition swith or a button or even a pedal

Club Car cart will not move forward---works fine in reverse

check the forward/reverse switch. Possibly a loose wire. Unhook the battery and go to each wire and verify it is connected properly. Then reconnect the battery.

Why reverse wont work

There is a snap ring that broke in the rear of the transmission. Remove the drive shaft, remove the tail piece, push the drum forward and replace the snap ring. If you have 4X4 remove the transfer case

i have a yamaha that did the same thing, changed everything in fuel system and still did it. then changed the coil and it works perfect
