Assuming the ice is on the front of the unit it's a good bet that your inlet filter is dirty/clogged and is restricting the air over your evaporator coil. The first thing you need to do is turn off the unit and let the ice melt; in other words - 'defrost the AC.'
I would then try cleaning the filter (usually just needs to be washed out) but I'm betting you will need to clean the evaporator coil too.
Cleaning the evap coil is not that difficult, sometimes it can be as easy as pulling a 'sheet' of matted hair/wet dirt from the front of the evap coil.
Often you will need to use a brush of some sort and clean the coil. The object is to get the evap coil clear of all dirt so that air can flow easily through the coil.

SOURCE: Electrolux ac e6 error code Showing error code and then suddenly ac stops working Previouslt it showed e4 code similiarly but technician came and fixed it pls help Ac's brand new only 2 week old
When the technician already had to clear one error and within 2 weeks you should call again for another error, I would ask for a new one. It is supposed in warranty but still twice in 2 weeks is too much.
Don't try to solve it yourself. call the shop where you bought it.

In this Videocon AC manual it suggests EEPROM communication failure. I don't know if this is your model because you didn't tell us what model you have. But the error could be the same no matter which model you have.
This error is internal to the control board so the only suggestion they have is to unplug the unit for 30 seconds and then plug it in again.
If you have the equipment to solder and a microscope or magnifying headset, you just might be able to see a bad solder joint and fix it if that's the problem. Otherwise you'll have to get a replacement control board.
