my lovely wife just put the grill on for 5 mins with the door closed and the inside glass went bang, where can i get a manual for this oven ???

No; with the power disconnected you have nothing to worry about.

I have just replaced mine & had the same problem. I couldnt remove the cover. I found that I just couldnt grip the cover well enough. I got some rubber washing up gloves & used them to grip the cover. It was still tight but it un skrewd quite easy this way.

It sounds like you may have a faulty switch. Write down the appliance name and model number. Using your computer go to repairclinic.com you will be able to search for your switch. They are very reasonable on prices and give fast delivery. Hope this helps.

sounds like you have a control board problem

I can tell you it screws out . i had to break mine to get it out ( the bulb cover that is) Still had some thread left to wind back up.

you must get someone who understands electrical problems to look at it as this light is at full mains voltage, if the wires are burned then they must be replaced with ones that are silicon covered because of the heat and if a connector is used then this must be made of a ceramic material again because of the heat
