sorry fixya site doesn't do operations
talk with a doctor as lymph nodes act like filters in the body to collect toxins and can often be cancerous
you should be talking with your doctor who can arrange the operation and tests

Can piles cause groin pain

Usually not: But if there is an infection, the groin pain could be from enlarged and inflamed lymph nodes. Dr. Olaf Johansen says: Enlarged lymph nodes, muscle strains, inguinal hernias or testicular problems would be more likely suspects.

Swollen lymph on the left side

If you mean that you have a swollen lymph node, then you should see your doctor if it does not clear up within a couple of days. Swollen lymph can indicate an infection somewhere else in the body and often easily rectified.
However, a swelling in there region of the lymph nodes can indicate more serious issues and so a vist to the doctor is highly recommend if it goes on for more than just few days or becomes very painful.

IF you are referring to swollen lymph in a blood pressure monitor, please forward more details

good luck

My pacemaker starts throbbing in my abdomin at 17.15 hrs every day which lasts for 3 minutes. is this normal

Boy is this posted in the wrong place. "If the pacemaker has one lead, it is known as a single chamber pacemaker. The lead can be placed in either the right atrium or the right ventricle. This type of device can be used only if the signal from the SA node or the AV node is the problem, and all other electrical conduction in the patient's heart is working correctly. Patients with this type of pacemaker can sometimes feel an uncomfortable neck throbbing, chest fullness or faintness when the device fires, known as pacemaker syndrome. Because of this problem, and the general ability to pump a greater volume of blood, some patients are treated with a dual chamber system."--BNET
