Double check the batteries to make sure they are installed correctly. If one of the batteries in the outdoor sending unit is in backwards, it will not send the outdoor data. On the indoor unit, there is typically one battery that is used for receiving the signal from the outdoor unit. If all of the batteries are in correctly but that one, you will see the display and the indoor temperature information, but the outdoor information will not be displayed.

After inserting the batteries, DO NOT set the time until the OUTSIDE temperature registers. That's the trick.

Replaced batteries in both transmitter then w/station. Latter then started clicking & all items on screen flash on and off with the "clicking". Nothing functions or can be programmed.

Try putting the batteries in the weather station first and then the sender units.

Let me know make and model and I'll see if I can find a manual.

Display station not showing outside temperature

Check battery status indicator on main weather station of remote unit. If no indication, replace battery in remote unit. If battery is good then check "channel setting" of remote unit to make sure the channel setting on remote unit matches the "channel" setting on main unit. many weather stations will take up to 3 or 4 remote units and they must use different channels to relay the remote imfo to the main weather station unit.
