1. Main switch is OFF.
2. Door not properly closed.
3. Fuse has blown.
4. Power supply plug not plugged in.
5. Water tap not opened.
Please check these and let me know if any have worked.
And please remember to rate me.

I do not think it has anything to do with the door. I think you should put a scan tool on it and see what you pull for codes.
Please let me know.

If it's under warranty, get someone to look at it. Probably a bad switch or sensor in the unit, could be something simple, and they're not hard to open up, but the soap dispenser mechanism has to be reassembled (it often falls apart upon taking the door apart). Last resort is the appliance serviceman. New house? New dishwasher? Warranty? That's your best option.

SOURCE: I have F&P DD603 with
When you pull out the drawer, pay attention to the bottom near the bottom front panel, you will see a little tab. this tab is at both sides of the drawer, press these tabs in and pull the drawer further a bit, you can see the tub move out a little further. Now lift the tube up and out ot the rails. Push the rail inside the dishwasher, then you will be able to put the drawer down on the floor. Don't try to pull the tube out so much since hoses are under the tube has a limited length.
This dishwasher has a diagnostics mode which can be entered but you need the service manual which is attached to the back wall inside the cavity ( you can see it if you pull the drawer all the way out but you cant reach it without removing the drawer from its roller guides.) You can enter the diagnostics mode by pushing keylock, and holding it in. Then push and hold start/pause in that order. If you push start pause first it just counts through a delay start.
Let us know if you have something more to ask else please accept the solution.
