Question about GPS
I've tried to set the date and time on my Ultega NavCom 400 GPS unit by following the instructions. I've obtained up to 9 GPS fixes but still can't get to a screen to input the information.
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

SOURCE: Setting Time and Date on phones
Just got this phone. It is indeed day/month/year. European style. NOT what we want for a phone in the states. Really annoyed with the fact there is not an option. Might be returning it.

SOURCE: Setting date/time
Press the calendar/clock button
Hold the M+= button until the first digit of the date/time begins to blink
Set the time using this format- hh:mm
Set the date using this format- dd:mm:yyyy,
July 15, 08=15:07:2008 (I got this step wrong thinking the format was mm:dd:yyyy)
Press the M+= button again.

Terrible phone. Not only resets time and date - it drops calls and the menu displays 'set time and date'. The customer service is equally bad. All round, a wretched product with miserable service
