You need to isolate the problem first. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Connect the problem LCD monitor into different computer (to see if the problem is the monitor or it could be the video card in your computer).
2. Try connecting a known working monitor to the problem computer.
If the problem monitor worked with other computer, then you may need to contact the computer manufacturer for the second opinion.
If the monitor did not work with other computer, then you may need to refer to the manufacturer of the LCD for repair.
