Is your Deskjet still in the default "Private" mode? If so, change it to the "Public" mode.
In the toolbox, go to the printer services tab and choose configure Bluetooth settings. Change the mode to public mode.

SOURCE: I have just bought a samsung soundbar hw h355 and I'm trying to connect it up to my toshiba tv, via the aux cable but I get no sound from it via the tv link. I works when I link my phone up via Blueto
Please get a optical cable and run it from TV to soundbar for best sound. If you are using aux input on sound bar that will work but it is analog sound. TV needs to have mini audio out or red/white output on it maybe labeled audio out

Try pressing and holding the Bluetooth button on the sound bar, that will put it in search mode. Once it detects the Bluetooth device it will connect.
