Amazon.com you can log into your account, located at upper right of screen called my account
from there you can view your recent transactions, for up to 30 days. If you do not receive your product, you can create a claim on it, and amazon will find out whats goin on with your order.

Are you getting any error messages when you check mail ?
I would certainly call your eMail hosting company, don't wait for them to call you back...
Sometimes, a mailbox can get corrupted.
One test you can do is to use this service:
you can see if your mailbox is still active and working.

Sounds like your "Outgoing" mail server settings aren't correct.

you would first need to install Microsoft office, Once you have installed the suite, you woulod be able to see outlook.
Once you have installed outlook please visit the below link to configure your gmail account with your outlook.
