Sounds like they are asking for your cable provider. I also have a Samsung 4K smart Tv. They asked for my cable provider and I later had to set up my internet provider so I could access hulu, netflix, and amazon prime.
Good luck.

I have a Sony Trinitron Tube Tv...45 day it just won't turn on. Is this possibly a fuse or power issue...or would it be the picture tube? Is it worth repairing? Thanks for your help

It could be many things, but if it has a 'picture tube' and is 3 feet from front to back, it is past its Best By date. Technology has moved on. We are now in Flat Screen, Smart televisions that connect to the Internet, that as 2" depth from front to back and have pictures in High Definition and Ultra High Definition 4K. The difference is astounding!

If you are short of money, then yes it can be repaired and it was a great set in its day, but as I said, there is better.

I bought a Samsung Class MU6300 4K UHD TV and for some reason it can’t download the terms and agreements. Everything is fine internet connection wise. I’ve looked around online and most are saying to...

Where I work has just bought a new 86" 4K set, plus about 8 other smaller ones. Those remotes are pretty neat. The Home button will get you to settings. You drive the direction, up, down, left and right with the outer ring in the centre and the Enter button in the centre. Scroll through Set Up.

I would say you have an Internet connection problem though.

They are a cracking set! One funny thing is that the volume and channel buttons move up and down on a pivot. Press to Mute.

Network issues with Samsung Smart TV UN60JU6500FXZA

You mention two separate issues, WiFi and smart hub. As you know Samsung built in manual is the worst idea ever. There is no picture of the complete rear panel connection for example.
If the smart hub is the actual WiFi antenna then if your system doesn't recognize Smart Hub then you have a bad smart hub.
to test smart hub plug something into hub ( DVD HDMI, video game) If your remote has smart hub button press and see what appears. Otherwise select source on remote see if your attached item appears. (That would indicate smart hub does talk to TV)!
Since you can access your network when hard wired your network password is stored.
Once you have verified Smart Hub is functional then work on WiFi.
i will say my Samsung is 3 ft from my router and hard wired for better streaming speed.
I use Bluetooth access to share photos from IPads.
I would leave TV hard wired.

What is the difference between samsung 60J6200 and 60UJ6200 ?

Consumers in the market for a brand new flat screen TV that has all of the latest features for 2015 should consider the Samsung JU6400 series. This 4K resolution UHDTV is one of the best currently offered by the industry-leading brand. Like its predecessors such as the J6200 and the J6300, this model offers the same LCD flat screen panel for a crystal-clear viewing experience. However, there are several variants in the features for the JU6400 that will make it a worthwhile upgrade from the traditional Full HDTV. 4K Ultra HD resolution is offered on every TV in this series which provides the best possible resolution available today. Other new additions include the Micro Dimming Pro feature which allows the TV to fine tune the image by adjusting the cells in the LCD display. This provides the viewer with perfect lightness and darkness levels on the screen for a true-to-life image.

The Smart TV platform for the JU6400 series is powered by the Tizen operating system. This new update for 2015 provides owners with a complete overhaul from the previous Samsung Smart TV interface. New features include the full Samsung App store that offers access to today's hottest applications such as Facebook, Amazon Prime and Netflix. The menu and browsing options are also much easier to access and use than those offered on previous Smart TV models.

While the Samsung JU6400 is an exceptional option for anyone who wants to purchase a model with better resolution and more futuristic features, it does not include some of the latest features offered by the brand. Innovative extras such as the Smart Control remote and the new Curved screen design are not offered in this particular series. 8.0Great

The Samsung JU6400 Series has a lot to offer all types of TV viewers. It is the ideal upgrade for those who are new to Smart TV features and provides a crystal clear image with 4K UHD resolution making it perfect for those who enjoy watching high-definition movies and live events. While you can expect to receive many high-quality features with this higher-end TV model, consumers should be aware of the fact that some of the most recent extras currently available on newer Samsung TV models are not offered on TVs available through this series. Yet for the avid viewer who simply wants a good upgrade, this TV is an excellent choice. I hope this helps answer your question Evgeny.

Why isn't the internet working on my smart tv?

I just thought I would post this solution here after I spent several days and hours on the phone trying to get my Samsung Smart TV to connect to the internet. After having the television for 2 years with not problems at all, suddenly it would not connect to WiFi. The last tech at Samsung that I spoke with knew exactly what to do and my TV was back working and connection to the internet within a few minutes. He told me to reset the DNS to 8888.
Detailed instructions for the computer challenged community such as me: Best IPTV Service Providers
On your TV remote, go to Menu, Settings, Network
Next select Network Settings, Start, IP Settings
Then select DNS mode and make sure the green check is on "manual"
Enter 8 8 8 8 and OK
Bingo, instant internet
(note - I also was told to click on Samsung Smart Hub in upper right corner. I had reset my TV and it needed to update and add back my programs)
