Had hip op 7 weeks ago hematoma under scar hot and stinging all time worse than 4 weeks ago. Reddish/blue spots appearing on lower legs and arms and thighs also very uncomfortable. What shall I do?

Depending on the severity and location of the hematoma, a veterinarian may treat it differently. A small hematoma can be drained, but there is a high risk that they will fill again within a few days. In many cases, surgery under anesthesia may be recommended to drain the blood, remove any clots, and suture across the area so that there is no space for blood to gather. A drain may be implanted for a couple weeks to keep the area from filling again. With prompt treatment, a hematoma is unlikely to return and there should be little damage.

There are pressure points in many places of the body. There are some that appear in the trapezius muscle in the neck and others under the skull in the neck muscles. There can also be some in the arms, hips legs and fett.

The only thing I'd like to add to Elaine's answer, Shayna, is something you didn't ask directly but I think your question may imply. You ask for exercises for your abdominals and I suspect that you think doing them will take weight off of that area of your body. If you are indeed under the impression that that will happen, I've got bad news for you: exercising a particular muscle group in the belief that you will eliminate fat from that area is a common misconception that many people have. I'm afraid it's false. What will happen is you will improve the strength of your abdominal muscles and increase their firmness, but they will exist under the layer of fat you wish to lose. The only way you can lose body fat is to burn more calories than your body takes in as food. You can do this via diet or exercise or, what is best and fastest, a combination of both. There are many misconceptions held by bodybuilders and exercise gurus that are generally accepted as true and are not even questioned. It's unfortunate. I'm sure that if you show this response to many of these people they will tell you that I am wrong. Grab a medicine ball and lie on the floor with your legs straight and spread wide. Roll onto your right hip and hold the ball with your arms straight. Then, raise your arms and torso and then touch the ball to the floor between your legs. Lower your body and roll onto your left and hold the ball at 2 o'clock above your head before you repeat the movement.

We have the same exact problem with the same TV. We've only replaced the bulb once about a year ago. Don't know if it had anything to do with the fact that we now have a large yellow circle in the middle of our screen, which is about 7" round.
We only noticed the yellow mark about 4 months ago.
Hopefully someone will have a solution for us that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Paid $2100 for this set and are a little disappointed.

You should absolutely get a medical help for your problem instead of searching for solution here. The wrong advices may make you worst.
