Question about The Audio Players & Recorders
The poorly written manual says to hold the Play/Power button for five seconds at which time you will get the blue light, Then hold the Play button again for three seconds to enter the bluetooth pairing mode at which time you will see the alternating red & blue flashing light. Ignore all of that and just hold the Play/Power button for however long it takes to start the red and blue flashing sequence. That means the headset has entered the bluetooth pairing mode. Then make sure whatever device you are trying to pair has its bluetooth pairing mode activated and you will eventually see Auvio BTCHP on your device's pairing window. Select it and you should then be paired.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

hold that reciever button until the light is a still...you may have to hold it for about 10seconds and once the still blue buton has come then search for devices on your phone.

I think you read wrong praky, capt said already paired. The correct solution would be as follows:
1. Open the Media app.
2. Select a media type (e.g. Music)
3. Press Menu.
4. Select Receive Using Bluetooth.
5. Select Yes. (It will then ask you the location you want to save to but of course by default it will select the proper folder)
6. Select Save. (Transfer will begin

You have to set bluetooth as default audio device. For doing this, go to >Contro Panel> Sound and Audio Devices>Audio(Tab) and in Default Device choose bluetooth device.
In my case, I had problem when i installed SP3 on XP. I changed my bluetooth driver to "Toshiba Bluetooth Stack V6.00.10" and it worked for me.

The Insignia headphones must be set to "pair".
With the headphones off, press and hold the power button on the headphones until the logo starts blinking red/blue. You are now in "pair mode". Have your Touch look for bluetooth devices and it should see it now.
Hope this helps!
