Does this effect gout sufferes

It seems to me that the jury is still out... if you ask gout sufferers, they swear that asparatame sweetners such as are in diet soda makes gout worse. However, if you read the latest studies published in the British Medical Journal say: "data suggest that consumption of sugar sweetened soft drinks and fructose is strongly associated with an increased risk of gout in men. Furthermore, fructose rich fruits and fruit juices may also increase the risk. Diet soft drinks were not associated with the risk of gout". So they are clearly blaming sugar and fructose which is in regular soda pop.

The good news is that the risk of gout was found to be lower in individuals with higher vitamin C intake.

Is Asparetame bad for you?

I don't think so as it is approved by the FDA
- if you consume it in normal quantities it is not bad - in the long term it will be probably replaced by natural stevia sweetener 25313875-f0uoztjh3sjnwzuzzxqbp5mn-5-0.jpg 25313875-f0uoztjh3sjnwzuzzxqbp5mn-5-2.jpg

Ants in and around it. How do I keep them from

In order to rid of ants you have to get them at the source, take your time and follow the trail to see where they are coming from. seal off (with caulking) any cracks you see them coming into. then inspect the perimiter and outside ares of your home for any ant mounds. i suggest you use temprid for the interior, you place the product in the area of the activity and let them take it. It is important that you do not kill the ants while you are trying to let them eat the material, the object is they take what you put out and take it back to the nest, in result killing the colony off. and outside i suggest you use granuals or a product called advance.
