Go to Canon.ca. They should have a list of repair centers closest to you.

However, you should note. It is actually cheaper nowadays to get a new printer if your printer is not under warranty. At around 40 dollars an hours minimum, it is cheaper to buy a new one. Go with a color laser printer. It will save you about 500 dollars in ink over the life of a printer. Check it out.

Lexmark laser paper jams and wrong size paper reporting

the quickest way to find out if your paper jams are due to wrong size paper reporting is to print the network status page.
This page is outline with a line that runs 1/2inch from the edge all the way around the outer edge.
if the box of this page prints smaller than the letter size paper the paper reporting is smaller than 8 1/2 x 11 and if the line at the bottom of the page is missing its reporting a size larger than 8 1/2 x 11 either of these occurances willl be the cause of your paper jams

I have a 18 mo old 8500 OJPro wireless that won't advance the paper, makes a clicking sound and gives a false paper jam error. I have seen a split white gear within a black clutch assembly on the left end...

Canon MP470 keeps saying "paper jammed"

I had the same problem for DAYS and there was no paper jammed at all. I went to the cannon site as a last ditch effort & the solution below fixed it. Just clean the rollers and the link tells you how. Good luck!

How do you put the paper in?It must either be the paper or the paper feed system.

Continually getting paper jams. Not picking up the paper. probably needs cleaning and maintenace. Bought at staples a couple of years ago. Where can I get service. Model is Intellifax 4750

Have you tried to clean the feed rollers yourself?
I would try cleaning the feed rollers before bringing it in for service.
You can slide the paper drawer completely out, and then look under the machine to find the feed rollers.
Usually they are Gray.
There is a chemical that you can buy at your local hardware store called "Goo Gone". This is a cleaning chemical that will clean the rollers and not dry out the rollers like alcohol would.
I hope this helps.
Good luck.
Mac =)
Feel free to ask more questions if you have any.
