Question about Seiki Televison & Video
Posted by Anonymous on
If you have access to a voltmeter and can measure the output voltages from your PS, see if they are within specs. If so then I would say the issue is what is being fed. And the main board deals with both audio and video so I would go that route.

Good Day, Gil;
Your problem is in deflection circuit (115+v) check these: FP05, DP15, Q777, QH01, TH01, T701, etc. BUT suspect C707 1k pfd, 2kv, and check all the pico fuses (brown) 2" to the right of cap. Good Luck, big IRISH.

SOURCE: the tv stopped working, stuck
Unfortunately this particular model has a history of bad reports. Often related to plugging a laptop or other device into the VGA connector. If it is under warranty then press them to fix it. If it is not, you are probably better off moving on. Sorry.
