Open the safe door and press the s key press the I key twice then press the red button on the inside of door near the hinges. you will hear 2 long beeps. press the s key and then the red button and you will hear a beep enter your combination up to 12 numbers then press the E key your combination is now set. Best of luck

I guess this is the whole point of having a safe. If you don't have the code or can't use the code and don't have the key you can't get in. You might have to find a good lock smith.

I used my wife's hairdryer and heated the outside for a few minutes so that the heat could get to the batteries. Left it for a few minutes and tried to open it once again and Bingo.. it opened..
have new batteries and told the wife not to forget next time..
