Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: heater error in Sp75

In order of likeliness
1. Bad power supply in the printer, in the printer there are 2 power supply's if you have 1 lamination module 3 power supplys if you have 2. 1 power supply may have failed and need to be replaced. You will need to remove the outer covers check for the green light on the power supply. Then check the voltage with a volt meter.
2. Faulty system board. Try a firmware update.
3. If the printer was dropped or bumped hard it could be a loose cable inside.
If all that fails, I would take it in for service.

Make sure that when you reinstalled the service station that it is seated properly or it will bind when the printer engages

Error stat

Are the data in L1 and l2 in any way related? If they are (being x-values and y-values of some data set) then you need to do regression analysis (2-var stats)
If they are not related (connected) you can calculate the mean of each group separately.
Do 1-var stat by specifying the L1 list first (may be the default), get your average of the values in L1. Then you can do 1-var stat on the data in L2 by specifying the list L2 on the command line.
1-var L2 ENTER
Note: What I am describing here is valid for the TI 83 Plus/TI84 Plus, but I suspect the steps are similar to the TI 82.

How to solve e220 and e218

Both of those errors revolve around the laminator.
E220 is Lam2 Tag Error
E218 is Lam 2 Head Lift Error
I would recommend replacing the laminator.

PVC HID 1000 cards were getting stuck/bent in the Lamination module of our DTC550 printer. Talked to the tech department where we bought the printer/lamination module. They suggest because we are using...

Turning down the lam temp and dwell on the lam unit should have no effect on image color - they affect the processes only AFTER the printing of the card is complete. Make sure you were making adjustments to the LAMINATION settings, not the printing settings.

As to the noise, squeeks and groans emanating from the lam unit usually means mis-loaded lam film. Check the loading of the lam film in the printer and make sure it is not binding on the spools, and that the spools turn smoothly. Other than that, it could just be your printer showing signs of age. They have been out of production for more than 5 years, and do break down with age and usage.

Heater error in Sp75

Sounds like either the thermocouple or the heater went out. Was this the error code?

OP-01604 Thermocouple problem in L1 laminator

The comments in the service manual states:
- Check the thermocouple wire for damage.
- If the thermocouple was recently replaced, verify that it is not installed backwards
- Verify that the thermocouple connector is not unplugged or plugged in backwards

I would probably order a replacement part, call in your local DataCard service representitive or send it to DataCard for repair.
