Humidifier is producing water but it is leaking and not going into bucket. Suggestions?

The only thing I can suggest is getting a new one. In theory, it should be possible to just fix whatever the problem is. In theory. However, should the problem repeat itself, it might come to the point where the total cost of ownership will outweigh the cost of getting a new humidifier. I would suggest something like the Honeywell HCM350W. It's a little bit bulky and you'd need to change the filters regularly, but it's a good and not very expensive humidifier.

Honeywell he240 no longer working. It is less than 2 months old. I noticed water had stopped flowing out of drain tube. The filter tray is not filling up with water. Humidistat clicks when turned up and...

Maybe the hose is blocked. Take the hose off the supply side, and blow into just enough to add pressure to it and see if that works.

Hi, I have an air source heat pump that warm the water in my koi pond, it works really well but the only problem I have is the coolest I can set the water temp is 15 degrees. My question is would I be able...

Providing its a 24V controll circuit, any heat pump thermostat would do the trick. The real trick is finding one that goes down to 8 degrees. Make sure the range goes down that low, and that it's a heat pump thermostat. A lot of Honeywell thermostats work on both conventional, and heat pump systems. You'll have to read thru the installation instructions to program it from the default conventional setting, to a heat pump setting. The manuals are quite user friendly with pictures and everything! Good luck!

Service light on Honeywell humidifier

Sounds like a Water Level Sensor problem. Read the service manual, pages 51 and 53.

http://www.forwardthinking.honeywell.com/related_links/humidification/69_2285.pdf

Unplug the power cord. Turn OFF water. Remove the Water Level Sensor - One screw holds down the spring clip. Remove water scale in the compartment and on the Sensor. Test Sensor with an ohm meter. If OK, reassemble and try again. If bad, replace the sensor.

If you have heavy scale buildup in the sensor compartment, you need better water filtration. Your problems are just starting. This system can be very difficult to clean thoroughly.

Time to call qualified service technician. And watch what that person does to learn about your water heater.
I assume you have Honeywell Icon gas valve. Honeywell makes different several model numbers.

Here is 'typical' Honeywell Icon gas valve service manual for Bradford White, that may or may not apply to your water heater. It shows testing for Icon and disassembly instructions, and error codes.
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Bradford-white-service-manual-44943-D.pdf

Gas water heaters today require yearly service that includes cleaning burner parts and combustion chamber, checking vent and air intake, electrical connections, testing gas valve, checking gas pressure, bleeding air out of gas line, etc. These are things you can learn to do by reading service manual, and making sure you have a spare water heater around to connect real quick if experiment goes wrong.
If Icon gas valve is problem, that control is modular and can be replaced without draining tank.

Tank is broken on Honeywell HCM-560 humidifier.

you type in on the internet. www.appliancefactory.com
in the search bar type in your model number. it might take a minute to load but you will have 3 pictures that come up. click on any of them and scroll down alittle until you see water tanks. you can order them there.. or if youdon't want to go that route you can always try local hardware stores to see if they have it as well.

Too much water running through to humidifier

With the Honeywell he220, you will use alot of water, trying to turn down the water will only reduce your amount of humidity in the home, you may be able to adjust it a little but you need to take the cover off and reduce the water flow a little at a time watching the water as it flows across the pad, you just have to make sure the humidifier pad is getting plenty of water across it, to little and you lose your humidification, hope that was helpful to ya, thanks for your question,

I have a Honeywell L7224U1002 aquastat and I am unsure how to turn the temperature down. The water is 180 degrees.

I fixed it by holding in the 3 puch buttons for 3 seconds and then I was able to lower the temp by using the up and down buttons.
