Try removing the batteries, plugging into your computer, popping the batteries back in, and removing. Wait 5 minutes, and plug back in! This should have an affect!
did you drop it because if you dropped it something inside the main board of it may have broken. this happened to me. if that did not happen i would say call cisco which is flip's maker.
