Question about Samsung YP-K3 MP3 Player
"the specified service does not exist as an installed service"
WHAT DOES THIS EXACTLY MEAN I BOUGHT MY IPOD FROM ARGOS YESTERDAY
It means your computer is not recognising your player.
Do you have Media player 10 or 11 installed?
If you have media player 11 then you will need to remove all traces of it and either rollback to 10 or re-install media player 10. You don't want media player 11 it is seriously screwed up software - it was rushed so that it would work with Vista.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
