the drain tube above &be hind ceiling has drain cup on older fridge this gets stopped up with gunk and stuff. held on back wall by 2 screws. This is a top freezer Your describing other wise the drain tube is in the freezer and you'd have ice in the floor of the fridge. If your fridge doesn't have it in the top back of the fridge compartment it is entirely in the upper freezer compartment and is still stopped up probably w ice and gunk. Defrost w hair dryer and while you can see the drain pan and hole pour in a cup of water if it goes down your good other wise blow out the drain with compressed air and retry the water.
