Question about Garden
Ok first of all you need to unplug the plug wire to prevent it from sparking. Make sure you're in a ventilated area. Shut the fuel valve off if it has one. Remove the carburetor and make sure to note how it comes apart so you can put it back together. (Note if you can get to the drain plug skip removing the carb for now) Open up the fuel bowl drain plug and if no fuel comes out its more than likely a clogged fuel line or in the tank itself. Remove it all and use carb cleaner and blow it with compressed air especially the inside of the tank but soak up what fuel is in there after draining with a clean shop paper towel. The thick blue ones. Most small yard equipment doesn't have fuel pumps and are gravity fed and the lines must be clean for the fuel to get to the carb. In you're case to the blub. Reason for all this is bad fuel these days with ethanol. Two ways to prevent this headache. First drain all the fuel every fall/winter or use sta-bil fuel additive in the tank and run it long enough to go thru the lines and carb before turning it off. Works for me. Good luck any let me know how it went.
