Question about Televison & Video
It's either going to be a bad LED inside the panel, which is a major repair, or a bad video processor board (T-con). If you can see a faint backlight on the screen then the problem is the T-con board which can usually be found on E-bay. In rare cases the LCD panel my be bad which is not repairable. If the LED is the problem. You can verify this by holding a bright light at a 45 degree angle into the screen while the set is on and you will see video. Hope this helps. :)
