Lowering links are attatched to the bottom of your suspension linkage. you should see to similar looking bars with holes at each end, under the shock. you'll need to support the bike properly to remove them. then put the new were the old ones were. (they ahould be shorter therefore lowering it)

I have a Yamaha TDM 900,do you shorten the "dog bone" links to lower the bike.

not sure about tdm specifically but on most bikes lowering requires longer links

I NEED DETAILS ON LOWERING MY BIKE.

If you bought the lowering links they get installed down at the counter lever on the rear shock, also suggest you lower the frt fork tubes by makeing the tubes stick up past the triple tree 1 inch this will help with thr rake of the bike after you lower the rear and keep it from getting wobbly in the coners.
