How do i level the fridge?

Use a simple spirit level to incline the fridge a little to the rear as the flow of water to the drain tank and also for the door to close by itself.
There are two adjusters on the front legs and this can be turned up or down as your requirement .
so looking at the spirit level the fridge level can be set and tilted slightly.

I think I have a water problem? I hear a clunking noise at various times from I think the right bottom of the unit. Water and Ice seem to be working fine.

The clunking noise is the compressor. It usually means that one of the internal mounts that secure the compressor motor is gone. The whole compressor needs replacement.
First ensure that the fridge is at level. A not well leveled unit's compressor can make noise.
If fridge level is OK, call the Whirlpool customer service number listed on manual. The compressor has a long warranty. If the fridge is the one in question you may still be covered for the part.

Whirlpool fridge incessant buzzing

The knocking noise when cuts off , is a compressor internal motor support spring , broken . This does not mean the compressor is bad , only noisy for the rest of the compressor life , but should be covered under the 5 yr warranty . The gurgling sound is the refrigerant being pumped thru the system . The buzzing could be from the compressor also . My suggestion , would be to call a factory warranty company , to see if they can replace the compressor under warranty .

Water is dripping into the refrigerator from the freezer - I have a Whirlpool ET18UMXSW0

There is a drain line from the freezer to a pan beneath the refrigerator. If clogged will result in water escaping into the fridge. Water in fridge can also result if the box is not level, with the top tipping away from the wall. If the box is not chilling properly, then you have another problem with the defrost system.
