Hurlcon spa heater won't ignite

I have a hurlcon mini max 120 spa heater Same type of problem. If you can't hear the relay click when you turn it on......your control board is faulty even if all the lights on ie power, flow, heat... The power for the igniter and gas valve is the orange wire coming out of the control board. if you test this with a test light (24volt) it should light up if not check power coming in. if it has power replace control board or get some guru to fix it. hope this helps

Honeywell Gas Valve inoperative

Gas valve is probably dead. With the numbers directly off the valve, you may find a place to sell you one. Don't try and repair the valve. Will probably cost as much to by a new one.

Good Luck
