I need instructions for installing onn wireless mouse model ona13ho502 on an hp laptop

Your wireless mouse should have a small removable USB (dongle). This would be part of the mouse, after removing from mouse insert in Any USB on laptop. Then turn on mouse and HP should recognize!

Onn Wireless Mouse has stopped working. What do I do?

Mine would work fine until I turned on my wireless headphones...then the mouse would move a little stop.....move a little....then stop.

I made sure my headphones were on.

I turned off the mouse, moved the mouse reciver to a USB port on the front of my computer (the mouse reciver and the headphone receivers were next to each other on the back of the computer). I turned the mouse back on.

The computer imediately gave me the "installing USB driver" notification.

When it was complete....both played nicely more problems.

Onn wrieless mouse is not working

Try replacing the batteries in the mouse. Sometimes the light will still come out of the bottom of the mouse - but the wireless signal is no good.

Also - after you replace the batteries in the mouse, click the sync button on the USB part that plugs into your computer, and then immediatly click the sync button on the bottom of the mouse.

That should do it!
