Look into the State run subsidy to see if she qualifies. other than that - this is one reason why the bill stinks. I have a brother his employer dropped all medical benefits.. Employees can buy their own ..he has 1000 a month he has to come up with from nothing or pay the penalty and be uninsured. Unfortunately it is going to get worse, rates are going up this year and the full impact of the Law comes after 2016 [convenient] I am for everyone having insurance but why did they not just have all employers required to provide it. [I know they said they could not afford it and compete... so hmm but the employees somehow were hoarding their money and not buying it] ? Hmmm. I think there are two good parts in the bill no preexisting conditions and no limits ..sorry for the rant..

Permanent makeup employs techniques from tattooing to
apply pigment to your skin, making it appear that you are always wearing makeup.
Good candidates for permanent makeup include individuals with alopecia or a
genetic pigment disorder. Permanent makeup has also gained a following with
women who are interested in appearing like they are always made up, who have no
medical condition. The ink used in permanent makeup has been approved by the FDA
for use in tattooing the face and is perfectly safe, provided you trust your
technician. The name "permanent makeup" may be misleading; like other tattoos,
permanent makeup will fade over
