I need help in reconnecting

here is my suggestion,

you need to connect your computer to the router, if you can connect wireless start by wired connections.

if you can access internet then , you are connected to the router.

if there are other computer wired to that router have your wireless LAN card unblock from the router, it might have been block or the wireless capability of the router is disabled


try to access the router configuration either by wired from your computer or the other computer
that is the only way to verify why you cant connect to the router wirelessly.

the important thing is the IP address of your computer and the machine number which you will get when you have entered the configuration utility.

Okay. You have reset the router. If you don't know the website to go to, then go start, run, cmd.

Type tracert telus.net

The first ip address to come up is the router.

When you are connected wired, then go to the website and proceed with the wizard. Enable encryption if you want, and give it a name. If you are going wireless, then disconnect the desktop/laptop. Let windows find the wireless connection and enter the encryption name and key.

The same thing applies to the iphone. Once the information is entered, then you can use the iphone.
