I switched on TV and youview did not load so. Switched of and then on again and it starts to load and then just sits doing nothing. Any ideas what the problem is

I had a similar problem and found that after the powerdown it would not restart... it turns out that the power socket was brken and I had been running on Bat power and once I had turned it off the bat no longer had power to start thr laptop up.. annoying.

Sir I chat ed with you last night and some how the chat got disconnected.Apart from the steps we did yesterday if that doesnt fixes your problem
you can try this step this will certainly fix your problem:

uninstall the printer driver software from add and remove programs in the control panel
and then use the disc which you got to reinstall your device and this will fix your problem.
If you don't have the disc you can always download the required driver software from the manufacturers website by selecting your correct model no.

Most likely you will need to get a diagnoses done on the set. It could be a faulty 24vdc circuit (power supply capacitors), defective inverter, or a failing CCFL backlamp.

if your TV is LCD or LED you have a faulty inverter board just replace it and your TV works fine again..


If plasma you have faulty y-sustain.

you will need to tuned every channel then save it to the memory. you can use the user manual of your tv for instructions. if you don't have user manual i'll try find from you, just give me the model of your tv.
