SOURCE: paslode nail gun not firing

Hi,
Yes you need to oil driver blade piston.
You need to check for spark. With no nail or gas in it. Take of main cylinder(4bolts on top, 2 bolts on nose. And then put in battery. And then push upper switch(behind roller at top) and the fan will come on. And then pull the trigger. You should have spark.
Thanks,
Jeff

SOURCE: my craftsman easy fire stapler diagram

Mine stopped working last night. I took it apart and was able to reassemble it properly.

When both sides are rejoined the tip of the spring has to be inserted in the hole on the corresponding side (note red arrows on both pics)

This is a great stapler when it's working.

SOURCE: Does anyone have a diagram for the ET200 nail gun? I took it apart and can't put it back together.

Take the two screws out and pull out all four pieces -- three plates and one skinny 'T' shaped piece. Look inside the unit and you'll see a pointed piece, which is the hammer that drives the brad in. This next step is key: put the first plate back in (the one that is flat on both sides) making sure that it slides in UNDER the hammer. The hammer fits loosely in its housing, so it may help to turn the nailer upside down so that the hammer falls down, giving you the room you need to get the plate in--again, so that it's UNDER the hammer when you turn the nailer back over. Once you have done this, simply slide the second piece in (the one with the fluted strip down the middle), and slide it in with the fluted side up, then the 'T' piece (with the 'T' in first) then the last piece with the wider groove that contains the 'T' piece. Replace screws and you're back in business!

I USED FULL HEAD NAILS BY MISTAKE, NAILER STOPPED FIRING AFTER USING QUITE A FEW NAILS IN IT. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

Did you try to disassemble the nose? Sometimes the firing pin gets stuck in the down position. Small bits of metal from the nails may seize it up periodically, especially if it was trying to push out full-head nails.
Make sure the gun is not under pressure, and when you take it apart to inspect it, add oil wherever you can to help get things moving again. Even if a gun is oil-free it's not gonna hurt it.
Hope that helps - I have mainly Bostitch nailers, and similar scenarios have happened to me with a few of my guns.

Need diagram to put back together

Morning Henry,

I've just had a look at the Stanley site. By the look of it, this tool is a disposable unit as they don't show any parts charts. Also, given that Amazon sell this for under $30.00, I'd bite the bullet and get a new one?

Craftsman 68514

The replacement pack for this gun say the staples are compatible with "Craftsman 68514 and 68517; Arrow Brand T50 Staplers T50 and T55; and Stanley/Bostitch TR110 and BT110 staple guns", so I assume they are also backwards compatible. That's just an assumption though.
