Question about Computers & Internet
(1) If it was on your computer, look in your email program (Outlook or whatever) and there should be a "deleted items" folder, where all of your deleted emails are stored; until you permanently delete them.
(2) If you are using an IMAP email account (your internet provider can advise), all of your emails are still stored on their server. You can simply log into your account and mark this email and have it re-downloaded to your computer again. (Call your provider if you don't know how to do this).
