If your phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4 the following should work.

Step one: Turn the phone on and open up the dialler.
Step two: Then type *#0011# on the keypad.
Step three: Press the menu key, then tap BACK on the screen, press the menu key again and this time select KEY INPUT.
When the box appears enter the number '1' and press OK.
Step four: Once again press the menu key and then tap BACK on the screen.
You should now be in the ServiceMode main menu.
Tap on the first option - [1]UMTS,
then tap the first option again [1]DEBUG SCREEN,
then tap on [6]PHONE CONTROL,
then [6]NETWORK LOCK and finally [3]PERSO SHA256 OFF.
Step five: Head back to the UMTS menu by pressing the menu button and tapping Back on the screen.
Step six: From here tap [6]COMMON, then [6]NV REBUILD and finally [4]RESTORE BACKUP.

Step seven: Now wait for a few minutes while your Galaxy S4 reboots.

Im not able to get music from nhaccuatui directly to my samsung galaxy tab 3 in the new version

There are a few ways you can determine whether you've downloaded the right music file to the right folder:
  1. Install 'Poweramp Trial Version' (you must have known it by now). In the app, tap on the settings button on the top right of the screen. In 'Folders and library' tab, tap 'Music Folders'. Check all folders/subfolders, make sure NOTHING is left unckecked. Wait for it to scan.
  2. Open a file manager, locate a folder called 'NCT'. Don't forget to search on your MicroSD card (if you have one). It should look like this:

3. Clear the app' cache and/or data
4.Reinstall the app.
If none of these work, I recommend you change to another music player app (like ZingMP3, *wink*)

How to reset your phone

Please note that all data will be deleted
from the Samsung Galaxy S 4G as a

may or may not delete data stored on
the microSD card. We recommend
backing up all of your personal data before proceeding. First, try this: 1. From the main home screen, tap
menu 2. Tap Settings, then Privacy 3. Tap Factory data reset 4. Tap Reset phone 5. Enter your password if required,
then tap Erase everything to confirm If that doesn't work, or if your
phone is frozen: 1. Turn the power off. If your
Samsung Galaxy S 4G is frozen,
pull the battery out and reinsert it 2. Hold the Volume Down button 3. Press and release the Power button 4. You are now presented with a
menu that allows for Fastbook,
Recovery, Clear Storage, and
Simlock 5. Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button 6. Press and release the Power button 7. Now simply confirm your
decision: Volume Up for YES and Volume Down for NO All data including third-party
applications will be deleted from the
Samsung Galaxy S 4G. Once the wipe is
complete, the phone will reboot to its
factory fresh state
