This will reset the wireless router back to factory setting, and you will have to change the password or know the default password. There is a small button in between the power cable and the usb port. you need to push that in, usually done with a paper clip. admin is the wifi password after a reset. admin is the login username and password to make changes to the router.
If the default password has been changed and you do not know the current password, use the Reset button to reset the W3x to factory default configuration. This will reset the login password to user.
If you have manually changed the password on the router from the default (admin/admin) and you don't know what the password was changed to, then the only way to access the router again would be to reset it back to factory defaults.
First connect your router to computer with ethernet cable. Then you can access it with following link. http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 If you cant access it with above link then reset it to defaults. For that check in back panel of router you find reset button press it for 10 seconds so all settings goes to defaults. type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or blank or "password" Then you can see configuration page for router. Enable dhcp if you want to get ip from router. check wireless settings . Check wep password if it is enable for security. Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks.
Connect a computer to the router via Ethernet cable, then you should be
able to log into the router to set it up by opening a web
browser and putting "http://192.168.1.1/" or "http://192.168.0.1/"
(without the quotes) into the address line. The default username and
password is usually "admin" and "admin" or username "admin" with no
password. From there you should be able to configure the router and
retrieve or change the WEP key.
