SOURCE: my psp battery loses power "quickly" and charges very slow....

How old is your battery? You may want to think about buying a new one as it may be on it's way out. Even if it is fairly new you might have a lemon of a battery. It happens at times. IF your psp is new and your battery is doing this you should contact sony and see if they can replace your battery for free or a nominal charge.

BATTERY LOSES POWER TOO QUICKLY WHAT TO DO

I never encountered this problem, but if you turn off WiFi when not in use the battery lasts longer. Also go to settings, battery, and check what is using the most power.

My car audio capacitor keeps cutting of and on. What is that?

Your capacitor is basically a smaller battery. Its supposed to help your battery not lose power as quickly but doesn't do this and is just a waste of money. Some have a digital volt meter that lets you monitor your battery's power level. It is supposed to be hooked up between your battery and amp to act as another fuse and quick power supply.

Battery drains quickly. Loses charge when plugged

Sounds like you need a battery. The key here is that the battery is losing charge while it is supposed to be charging. Works like a car battery, even if the alternator is working 100%, if the battery is pooched, the car won't start.

My psp battery loses power!

It might be the temperature in the room it might sounf silly but it works for any nintendo dual-screen (ds). make sure the temperature is above 10 degrees centigrade. Also if the battery information says 100% wait till it says charge completed beneath it. Make sure it is fully plugged in and the light does not keep on switching from green to orange and vice versa.
