Do you hear any beeps at all? Do you have a system speaker on the motherboard? If not, plug a 2-pin system speakers onto the motherboard where it says "speaker" and listen for some beeps. You may have a fried CPU or dodgy RAM on your hands. Possibly even a faulty AGP/PCI-E slot, to name a few.

There is a good possibility that you had capacitors going bad in the power supply and when you unplugged it and they discharged as they should they were not capable of recharging back up to specs. I would take into a service center so no other damage occurs.

Hi,
Go to your bios again set it to default and then restart it.
If nothing happens you need to use your operating system disc to fix that.
Set your first boot sequence to CD first.
Hpe that helps you out!
thanks for using Fixya!

A
coin-cell battery (CR2032) usually powers the real-time clock and CMOS memory. The battery is 3 Volts,
3/4" in diameter and has an
estimated life of three years. When the computer is plugged in, the
standby current from the power supply extends the life of the battery.
Just open the desktop, locate the CMOS (Coincell) and remove using screw driver. Replace the
battery with CR2032 or an equivalent one.The
following brands are used interchangeably for this item: Energizer
(ECR2032), Duracell, Panasonic, Eveready, and 3M etc, which can be purchased from any local electronics store.
GoodLuck!
Dont forget to appreciate the solution if I could have been of any help!
