If the oven is finished with the self cleaning cycle and cooled down, it should automatically unlock the door.If it doesn"t, try unplugging the oven to see if that will reset

Our upper oven lock motor has failed. Gaggenau/Bosch indicates no part is available. The lower electric lock appears to be available. Will it work on the top oven? Is there a way to bypass the lock so the oven functions?
Open circuit in the door contact switch even if the door is locked.
If this happened during a clean cycle sometimes if you start another cycle and then switch the selector off after a few seconds the fault will right itself. If this doesn't work then you probable need a new door lock.
