Cell phone service providers usually charge extra to have MMS (picture messaging) enabled. Contact your cellular service company to purchase an MMS package for your cell phone plan.

If you already have an MMS plan on your account, call your cellular provider and request Tech Support assistance. They'll be glad to assist you.

As you can see in the highlighted area below, I have already purchased the premium plan. This has not helped me solve my problem. I don't know what to do next. I paid almost $20 for a session that was cut short and I have not been able to reconnect. When ever I try your program wants to charge me again even though I sign in. So now what??
