Question about Google Cell Phones
I updated to nougat today on my galaxy tab s2, virtually all Google apps except Chrome stopped working. I rebooted to safe mode and and was able to get play store to work, but not gmail, I don't use the others. After regular boot nothing working again. Any ideas?
I'm pretty sure you have figured it out by now, but for people with the same problem that are reading this.
If you have a rooted device, and have to flash Gapps, if some of the Google apps stop responding, crash, first make sure you have the right Play Services for your device, then uninstall any non working Google app and re-install it from the PlayStore. That will fix the problem the easy way.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Running updated Windows XP.
This is a problem related to a Norton security software that you might have on your computer awhile , so the best way to correct the problem is to download Norton removal tool and then after that run the software and that should do it.

If this is an old device, with an old version of android I think 2.2 or 2.1 or below, you cannot update from android market ( original play store name) to play store because it isn't compatible. .. is n9 longer supported.
