What is the mening of pa in watch

The PA feature stands for Pacer. The number indicates how many times per minute the watch beeps. For example, 10 means 10 beeps per minute. 320 means 320 beeps per minute. I suppose one might use this feature for running or some other activity in which they need a pacing sound ... sort of like a metronome////

How to find percentage of 20% of $60?

I don't know if it has changed, but we used to say "of" means
"times" and percent means "per cent" or "per one hundred" (100 pennies in a dollar)so to convert a percent to a fraction, we just divide it by 100.

Thus we have 20% x $60 or 20/100 x 60 or $12.
Good luck,
Paul

Can you explain what 10 second video clips at 30 frames per second mean?

It means that the video will last 10 seconds. 30 frames/sec is the quality of the video. It is the number of individual pictures take per second. Example: 10 frames/sec produces a jerky video but is sometimes used for security monitoring. On some cameras you can reduce the frames/sec to get a longer running time.

How do I find out a percentage of a number

You likely mean this to be the 'Average' number of employees per day rather than percentage. However you need to work out based on hr's per day that each employee can work. Lets assume though that they work full time, 8hrs per day. Then you would work out as follows:
3223.5 /8 /28 /306 = 0.047 employees per day

If they only work 1 hr per day it would be:
3223.5 /28 /306 = 0.376 employees per day

Each employee would need to work:
3223.5 /306 = 10.53hrs per month

How much tire pressur for outlook keeway

The Keeway outlook 150 model 2012 owners manual recommends a pressure for both tires of 280 kPa (Kilo-Pascals) which means 40.61 pounds per square inch. However, I have a service manual that recommends 225 kPa which means 32.63 Pounds per square inch. I personally like high pressure (280 kPa) in my tires because the scooter feels more docile. I hope this answer fits you well.

What do these codes mean?

Per Google search:

P0301 - Cylinder #1 misfire
P0300 - Random cylinder misfire

Could be spark plugs, wires, etc. I'd start with the spark plugs if you know they haven't been changed in a while. Get some Champion spark plugs from your local auto parts store (the copper plugs are OEM per Chrysler) and should be about $3 per plug.

What is subfield ? panasonic says subfiels what is subfield ?

Does this help
A standard video signal is actually a series of still images, flashed on screen so quickly that we believe we are watching a moving image. The typical frame rate used in North America is 60 frames per second (60Hz) meaning that a TV would display 60 individual still images every second. Sub-field drive is the method used to flash the individual image elements (dots) on a plasma panel. For each frame displayed on the TV the Sub-field drive flashes the dots 8 times or more, meaning that the dots are flashing 480 times per second (480Hz) or more. (Example: 60 frames per second x 8 sub-fields = 480 flashes per second). subfielddrive_en.jpg
