If its under a warranty and you have documentation of the repair then they have to honor it. If they do not honor the warranty at no cost to you then take them to the Better Business Bureau. And if they are part of any small business association report to them too. Don't take no for an answer an raise major cain. They would honor it just to save face.

SOURCE: date and time need to be reset everytime i charge the battery

in most of digital cameras there is a small rechargable battery or a capacitor bank used to store settings in memory for few minutes. if that battery is dead it cant hold settigns at memory.

Check your master card statement. It will show the Amazon transaction with a number and amount. check if there is a credit for this amount, if not get in touch with Amazon quoting the transaction number on your statement.

Paypal 4029357733 charge me 1,00$ at two differents times for nothing what's that


log into your paypal acc. you will see all of your current transactions also a view all of my transactions shortcut bar if its not located in your most current transaction list click on the view all of my transactions shortcut
you have to select dates ranging from the current to a specific date
open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this transaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim
Then open a dispute with the seller or you can contact the seller and tell them of them problem to try and resolve the matter without involving paypal remember there is a time limit on days before you will not be able to make a claim.
I think its 35 days.

Everytime I turn on my camera it asks me to set date/time. It goes to the default date/time setting of 00.00.0000 00:00 mm/dd/yy. What do I do to set the date/time so that it permanent? The photos are...


It takes around four hours for a freshly charged main battery to charge the internal backup battery. It you do that and it still doesn't charge it, you need a new internal battery. The fully charged internal battery in most of them will hold the charge for up to 3 weeks with the main battery out of the camera.

The power steering goes out in my 2004saturn ion and when the car is shut off and turned back on, it resets itself. could this be a chip or the computrer. I changed the fuses, didn't help

Subject: 10187 - Special Coverage Adjustment - Power Steering Assist

Models:
2004-2007 Saturn ION

Condition

Some customers of 2004-2007 model year Saturn ION vehicles, equipped with electric power steering, may experience a sudden loss of power steering assist, which could occur at any time while driving the vehicle. If the power steering assist is lost, a chime will be heard and the Message Center will display a "PWR STR" warning message. The vehicle can still be steered in a safe manner but will require greater driver effort at low vehicle speeds or when stopped. Typically, the next time the vehicle is started, the power steering assist will return and the "PWR STR" message would no longer be displayed.

Special Coverage Adjustment

This special coverage covers the condition described above for a period of 10 years or 100,000 miles (160,000 km), whichever occurs first, from the date the vehicle was originally placed in service, regardless of ownership.

Retailers are to replace the power steering motor. The repairs will be made at no charge to the customer.

For vehicles covered by Vehicle Service Contracts, all eligible claims with repair orders on or after July 21, 2010, are covered by this special coverage and must be submitted using the labor operation codes provided with this bulletin. Claims with repair orders prior to July 21, 2010, must be submitted to the Service Contract provider.

Involved are certain 2004-2007 model year Saturn ION vehicles equipped with electric power steering and built within the following VIN breakpoints:

Service Procedure

1. Remove the power steering assist motor. Refer to Power Steering Assist Motor Replacement in SI.
2. Install the new power steering assist motor. Refer to Power Steering Assist Motor Replacement in SI.

Claim Information

1. Submit a claim using the table below.

2. Courtesy Transportation - submit as Net Item under the repair labor code.

Customer Reimbursement - For US

All customer requests for reimbursement for previous repairs for the special coverage condition will be handled by the Customer Assistance Center, not by dealers.

A General Motors Customer Reimbursement Procedure and Claim Form is included with the customer letter.

Important
Refer to the GM Service Policies and Procedures Manual, section 6.1.12, for specific procedures regarding customer reimbursement and the form.

Customer Reimbursement - For Canada

Customer requests for reimbursement of previously paid repairs to correct the condition described in this bulletin are to be submitted to the dealer prior to or by August 31, 2011. Repairs must have occurred within the 10 years of the date the vehicle was originally placed in service, or 160,000km, whichever occurs first.

When a customer requests reimbursement, they must provide the following:

- Proof of ownership at time of repair.
- Original paid receipt confirming the amount of unreimbursed repair expense(s) (including Service Contract deductibles), a description of the repair, and the person or entity performing the repair.

If the work was done by someone other than a GM dealership, the amount of reimbursement will be limited to the amount that the repair would have cost GM to have it completed by a GM dealership.

Courtesy Transportation

The General Motors Courtesy Transportation program is intended to minimize customer inconvenience when a vehicle requires a repair that is covered by the New Vehicle Limited Warranties. The availability of courtesy transportation to customers whose vehicles are within the warranty coverage period and involved in a product program is very important in maintaining customer satisfaction. Retailers are to ensure that these customers understand that shuttle service or some other form of courtesy transportation is available and will be provided at no charge. Dealers should refer to the General Motors Service Policies and Procedures Manual for Courtesy Transportation guidelines.

I was on my Apple Mac Book when all of a sudden it turned off :(


i think that the battery has had its last run. Plus the computer want into safe mode and froze and force shut down. this is not bad. this just means you have o get a new battery cord. i have had the same issue.
CATION: charging again may result in sizzling or fire.
i had my charger start to sizzle

I MADE A PERCHASE THIS MORNING FROM CLEVERBRIDGE & IHAVE RECEIVED 2 RECEIPTS HAVE I BEEN CHARGED TWICE THERE SHOULD ONLY BE 1 CHARGE


Here's what likely happened:

When you placed the order, CLEVERBRIDGE authorized your PayPal card for $1700 to make sure the funds were available and the card went through, but your card was never actually charged. Yet a hold will deduct from your available balance. This is standard operating procedure for any debit or credit card. When they despatched your thing, they converted that authorization to your charge. However, I think because PayPal is incompetent, because I've seen this before on my PayPal account, when a merchant converts a hold to a charge, PayPal treats it as a separate transaction. PayPal already placed the hold for $1700 on your account balance, so when the charge came through, they had no choice but to deduct from your bank account. 3 things happened here that probably shouldn't have happened:

One, PayPal should just treat the hold and the subsequent charge as one transaction, only deducting $1700 from your account balance once.
Two, failing that, PayPal should've declined the card when Apple tried to place the charge since there was insufficent funds in your PayPal account. And three, failing that, your bank should've declined PayPal's request to withdraw $1680 from your bank account if there were insufficent funds. After a few days, the initial hold on the funds will be released and your PayPal account should have a balance of $1700 or somewhere around there for you to deposit into your bank account. Unfortunately, I don't think there's a whole lot of CLEVERBRIDGE will be able to do for you since I highly doubt you were double charged by them.
So I think it's an issue with PayPal's system.So Please contact the paypal and request query over the transaction they will refund you if any error has occured from their side
