I believe you cant find a legit hacker just like that to help you with the recovery of your account. It took me 6months in search of an internet security expert to help me with an issue of this sort. I found customconsultant1@tutanota.com via the deepweb. My company account email was hacked into and was able to retrieve this account within couple of hours. I believe this consultant is whom you should reach out to for the prompt recovery of your account. Cheers!!!

Look in Settings->Filters and Settings->Forwarding. Is there anything noticeable that would cause any issues

I'd start by deleting any filter that looks like it is marked to divert or stop emails and see if that stops the bad behavior.

I received a email from Google that someone is trying to hack my gmail account

Do not answer the email. Go to gmail and change your password. It is probably a phishing scheme, but it wold be a good idea to change the password.

Keith.
You received this email supposedly from Google mail?
if you clicked a link in the email asking you to change password you may have been hacked.

Have you tried going to Gmail and requesting a new password using your same email user name?

Try that.
If that does not work you may have been hacked and you cannot get into your old mail.

You may need to create a new gmail account and NEVER give out your user name or password to someone sending you an email asking for it. NO ONE should be asking you for your private information in an email.

Good luck

NO, you have not been hacked,, UNLESS you did open and follow what ANY of these emails told you to do!!!
DID you ask to do any of the things the emails stated you did? If you haven't responded, or clicked a link, or anything with any of the emails..JUST DELETE THEM.. they are phishing for your account.. they are hackers... I get them too..just delete ALL this type emails.. use common sense...

I did not request password change

This is an attempt at Phishing. If you hover over the link on a computer or click the link on a phone you will see that the URL address is not legitimate. Also any password log in site always starts with httpS:// the last S is for secure and you will always see a lock icon in green. The scammer sites can't afford or obtain verified https sites.

YOU SHOULD NEVER CHANGE THE PASSWORD ON THE SITE THE LINK TAKES YOU TO. It records your account and your password and then they can go into your account and lock YOU out.

Don't click anything in the website, close it and delete the email.

Facebook has blocked access to my account don't know what to do.i received an e-mail from facebook asking for a proof of identity like a photo that i must send.is this true?

Thanks for visiting FixYa!

STOP! Do not send anything yet. This may be a scam. Do not click on the link in your email!

Let's start from the beginning. When you attempt to log into your Facebook account - if your account is being blocked by Facebook - you will receive a notice that your account is being blocked. It is a very clear notice.

Facebook then requires you to go online and fill out one of two forms:

Click here for online form (if you violated the facebook terms and statement of rights and responsibilities)
Click here for other online form (if your account was blocked because of security reasons - phishing, hacking, scam, etc)...

If your Facebook account has been hacked, your password may have been changed. If so, the person(s) responsible could easily have sent you an email requesting that you send them a copy of your I.D.

You can determine if your password has been changed by 'Identifying Your Account'. Click here first to do that:
Identify My Account

If you cannot Identify your account, click here: HELP!

If you received a link in your email to provide Facebook with additional information, make sure that you are on a REAL Facebook page. In your browser's URL window, you'll see the Facebook icon.
You'll see vanherringto_0.pnghttp://www.facebook.com

Report this email request for ID to Facebook. If it's a scam, they'll email you and let you know:

send an email to: spoof@facebook.com
